a. Assessment Fees: Fees paid for immigration assessments are non-refundable. An assessment fee covers the initial evaluation of your eligibility for our immigration consulting services.

b. Application Fees: Once an application is submitted to government authorities or relevant organizations, associated fees are non-refundable. This includes government processing fees, language assessment fees, and other fees specified by relevant authorities.

2. Service Fees

a. Professional Service Fees: Professional service fees for immigration consulting services are subject to the terms agreed upon in the service agreement. Refunds may be considered in specific circumstances, such as failure to provide agreed-upon services.

b. Discretionary Refunds: APS Immigration may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds in exceptional cases. This is not an obligation but a discretionary measure based on the circumstances.

3. Refund Request Process

a. Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial payment or within a timeframe specified in the service agreement.

b. Documentation: Refund requests must be accompanied by relevant documentation and a clear explanation of the reason for the request.

4. Denied Applications

Refunds will not be provided in cases where visa or immigration applications are denied by government authorities. Our fees cover the professional services provided, and outcomes are subject to the decisions of the relevant immigration authorities.
